Filipino Overseas Workers - Japan

Filipino Overseas Workers - Fukuoka Japan.

General Cleaning in Fukuoka Apartment

Courtesy of Japtrainees >> Fukuoka Japan, This is a true life story in Japan of some Filipino groups. I can testify to their sharing because I also worked here in Japan for almost 8 years now. Being an OFW, you should always motivate yourself in your daily working lifestyle to be able to overcome loneliness especially if you have family way back in the Philippines. It's not because you are working outside the Philippines, you are already living in a comfortable life or you are just enjoying your trip in other country. Some people don't know what's behind the life of OFW. Enjoy watching this video.

So true. I'm blessed to have my family with me as I'm currently working in Chicago. But there were times earlier in my career that I travelled alone, sometimes 3 straight months at a time away from my family and our beloved country. I've met with a lot of Filipino OFWs and I've felt their loneliness at being away from their families. It's a tough, tough situation that a lot of people not in the same position will never understand.

Just wanted to drop by and wish you the best on your nomination in the Filipino Blog of the Week award.

Enjoy the attention that comes with it. Been there... :-)
