The voice of your purpose

Daily Motivator.

The voice of your purpose by Ralph Marston, Actions are an absolute necessity for meaningful accomplishment. So are dreams.
For if you cannot dream it, and envision it, you will not achieve it. When it tugs at your very sould, that is when you will make it happen.
You are not an unthinking, unfeeling machine that can blindly serve just any agenda. Your effectiveness comes from your purposeful involvement with what you do. There is a reason why you feel everything you feel. Those feelings are the voice of your purpose.
It is difficult and challenging to follow those dreams that flow from your purpose. Yet when the purpose is true, it will feel stronger than any challenge.
Listen to the voice of your purpose. Dream and do, and give to life the unique value that is yours to create.

Stop Blocking

Chinkee Tan - Businessman and brilliant motivator.

Stop Blocking by Ralph Marston, Every moment you're alive, you are putting forth great effort. Unfortunately, all too often that effort is intended to hold you back.
Great, creative achivement does not require any more work than what you're already doing. It merely requires different work.
Instead of using your energy to make up excuses and rationalizations, you could be using that same energy to create new, unique value. Instead of using your efforts to reinforce your fears and feed your anxiety, you could be using your efforts to give your own beautiful, loving essense to all of life.
Your history tells you to be afraid, but the thing is, the past is not where you are. It cannot hold you or frighten you unless you choose for it to.
Instead, feel the glorious, warm power of your best possibilities. Know that as soon as you stop blocking those possibilities, you will easily and naturally make them real.
Give in, and turn yourself over to the living beauty that glows within you. This is yout time to truly and richly live.

Pinoy Self-Help Investing No. 12

Story of my Investing Adventures - Brilliant Reader

Pinoy Self-help Investing No.12, Mutual Fund. Nagsimula ako mag-invest sa mutual fund under Philam Asset Management Inc. nung January 11, 2008.
During that time, bumili ako ng Php 10,000 share.

Dito maari mo makita yung up and down trend ng type of mutual fund na pinili mo.
After almost 2 years of work at pabalik-balik ako sa Japan, umuwi na ako dito sa Pinas.

Relax Your Body

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.54>> Relax Your Body, In your personal dealings, remain loose and light. Eliminate stress. There is rarely need to be tense and hardheaded. Much can be accomplished through calm reason and a soft voice.
Most physical movements should be loose, light, fluid, agile and flexible, rather than tense, hard, rigid and stiff. Slow, deep breathing will calm anxieties, lower your heart rate and allow for concentration. Massages, steam baths, saunas and whirlpools also help the muscles to rest. Make sure you get your rejuvenating 6-8 hours of sleep per night.
At any time, start counting backwards from 100 as you breathe deeply. Let the air fill your belly as you inhale and exhale, more slowly and more fully with each breath. Quiet your muscles and relax.
