Load Mo Sarili Mo - Extend the reach of Smart products to end users using the SELF-LOADING concept.

This is really a very exciting opportunity to all Smart subscribers and people who are looking for business opportunities. Very low overhead cost and easy to introduce.
May iba't ibang klase ng membership at ito ay ang mga sumusunod, 1) Regular member - Php 199 membership fee and Php 250/ month required self load and/ or loading to other Smart users; 2) Bronze member - Php 499 membership fee and Php 500/ month required self load and/ or loading "Pasaload" to other Smart users; 3) Silver member - Php 1,990 membership fee and Php 750/ month required self load and/ or loading to other Smart users; 4) Gold member - Php 2,990 membership fee and Php 1,000/ month required self load and/ or loading to other Smar users; 5) OFW member - Php 2,990 membership fee and Php 1,000/ month required self load and/ or loading to other Smart users.
Assuming na ikaw BRONZE member at an average of Php 500 x a month own consumption of members.
1st level = 10 Direct referrals x 1.0% x 500 = Php 50
2nd level = 5 referrals x 10 x 1.0% x 500 = Php 250
3rd level = 5 referrals x 5 x 10 x 1.0% x 500 = Php 1,250
4th level = 5 referrals x 5 x 5 x 10 x 1.0% x 500 = Php 6,250
5th level = 5 referrals x 5 x 5 x 5 x 10 x 1.0% x 500 = Php 31,250
TOTAL of Php 39,050 per month

Communicate with Ease

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.51>> Communicate with Ease, Can you talk your way out of most tough situations? Can you talk your way through to decision makers to build up your sales? Can you talk to the media and garner positive press for your business? Can you talk to 500 people and win converts to your cause or position?
Being an effective communicator can take you a long way and is a skill worth developing. Be yourself. Believe in your own words. It doesn't matter if you are talking to one person or one thousand. If you want people to like what you say, persuade with modesty and build your audience up. Listen to good communicators and model yourself after them. How do good interviewers ask questions? How do good public speakers work? How do good salespeople sell? To communicate well, you can't get stuck on transmit. Pause before you speak. You must listen and speak with purpose. Get to the point. Create interest with visual aids. Tell them what you are going to tell them. Tell them. Tell them what you told them. Sit down.
Don't let technology leave you behind. Learn to communicate via e-mail and the Internet.

You Create Your Own Experience

Phillip C. McGraw - Author of No. 1 New York Times Bestsellers.

You Create Your Own Experience, Your Strategy: Acknowledge and accept accountability for your life. Understand your role in creating the results that are your life. Learn how to choose better so you have better.
The law is simple: you are accountable for your life, Good or bad, successful or unsuccessful, happy or sad, fair or unfair, you own your life.
You are now accountable; you have always been accountable; you will always be accountable. That is how it is. That may be not how you want it to be, but that is how it is.
Please understand: I am not talking about this as a "general proposition." I am not presenting this as a theory. I'm telling you that you create the results in your life, not some of the time, but all of the time.
If you don't like your job, you are accountable. If your relationships are on the rocks, you are accountable. If you are overweight, you are accountable. If you don't trust members of the opposite sex, you are accountable. If you are not happy, you are accountable. Whatever your life circumstance is, accepting this law means that you can no longer dodge responsibility for how and why our life is the way it is. "lip service" to being accountable by saying, "Okay, I'm accountable."
Let me tell you why this is so important. If you don't accept accountability, you will misdiagnose every problem you have. If you misdiagnose, you will mistreat. If you mistreat, things won't get better, plain and simple. Even if you think there can't possibly be a link between your problems and yourself, assume I'm right and keep digging for your role in the problems. It is there, I promise you. Trust me.
Since this law is absolute truth - since it is how the world works, like it or not - then your resisting or denying this law keeps you stuck in the realm of fantasy. By convincing yourself that you are a victim, you are guaranteed to have no progress, no healing, and no victory. Your flight from responsibility will prevent you from taking the bit in your teeth and going to work on controlling your life. If you truly want change, and you truly acknowledge that you create your own experience, then you must analyze what you've done or haven't done to create the undesirable results.

Positive Mental Attitude

Jeffrey Gitomer - A Motivator.

Positive Advantage by Ralph Marson, Put your energy where it will do the most good. Put your energy into those things you can do right now to make a difference.
Worry will get you nowhere and will drain the value out of your moments.
Achieving the status of victim is not an achievement worth having.
Instead, take the challenges and use them to positive advantage. With the very real power of your thoughts, bend your life's energy so that it flows ever forward.
There is enough time and there are plenty of resources for creating true greatness on your own terms. Fully feel the possibilities and bring them steadily to life.
Make thankful use of what you have when you have it. Focus what is, through your imagination, into the best of what you know you can be.
See the immense value of who you are and what you have right now. Transform that value into a living expression now, and it will always be with you.

Venture Outside The Box

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.50>> Venture Outside The Box, It would be nice if there were logical step-by-step instructions for every step on your success journey. But, there aren't. You learn from your own experiences and by studying the experiences of others, and then you often have to find your own way. To find an answer, you may have to go outside the box.
If all graphic designers are offering computer-generated work, maybe your niche is hand drawing. If all your day care center competitors are strict about pick-up times, maybe your niche is to be flexible. If none of the other landlords in your area allow pets, maybe you do. Being a little different can be profitable.
If you can't earn a degree full time, perhaps you can take evening or correspondence or on-line courses. If you are worried about starting a business, you can consider buying an existing business or a franchise. If you can't exercise because you have to baby-sit, how about taking the kids for a walk or run with you? Don't give up. At times, you may have to improvise and be creative. Quitting or not trying isn't an option.

Doing Your Best

Jeffrey Gitomer - A Motivator.

Feel Encouraged by Ralph Marson, The world will not always offer you encouragement. Often you must supply your own.
Many times you'll have good reason to feel sorry for yourself. Yet you can just easily choose to feel encouraged about yourself.
Reach deep inside and find the goodness that is always there, the goodness you may have forgotten about. Feel the positive purpose that nothing can take away from you.
You are worthy and relevant, effective and capable of the very best. Remind yourself often.
Keep in mind that every disappointment is temporary. Every frustration can be overcome.
There is every reason to persist, to endure and to move forward with the most positive of expectations. Because deep within, you know you can.

Fighting Body Pollution

Paul Kramer- a Registered Nutritional Consultant. Author of the book "Fighting Body Pollution".

Fighting Body Pollution, It seems that not a day goes by without seeing some negative story in the newspaper or on television regarding our environment. Global warming, air and water pollution, the thinning ozone layer…the list goes on. As a nutritionist, I can’t help wondering what this is doing to our health. How could environmental pollution damage the earth without damaging us as well? The effect of the environment on our health really hit me on a trip to Asia when I noticed more than half the people walking or cycling the streets wearing face masks to protect themselves from dirty air. Thankfully I live in Canada, I thought. Then I learned that air pollution can travel from Asia in North America in 3 days – not much longer than it took me to fly home!
The truth is that every living thing on the planet is affected by the environment, and none more than we are. How can we protect ourselves from the damage of environmental pollution that enters our bodies – what I call body pollution? What steps can we take to maintain or improve our health in today’s polluted world?

The results will come

Ralph Marston - Author of The Daily Motivator.

The results will come, Though each effort does not bring an immediate result, keep going. The results will come.
Every achievement requires many efforts. Those individual efforts combine with each other to bring the desired result.
So keep going. Keep adding one effort on top of the ones before it.
And all the while, learn. Learn what works and what does not, and adjust your efforts to become even more effective.
Keep going, keep learning, keep working and keep getting better. Every day, every effort brings you closer.
Persistence is the way you prove you really want it. Persist, and you will have it.

Live Better Everyday

Paul Kramer- a Registered Nutritional Consultant.

Paul Kramer, is a Registered Nutritional Consultant who has conducted health seminars around the world. A guest on radio talk shows and featured in several magazine publications, he has been studying the effects of nutrition, exercise and the environment on human health for over twenty years.
As a cardiologist practicing in a busy community hospital, I meet on a daily basis with patients who suffer from cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease accounts for the death of more people than any other disease. Of those deaths, at least half are due specifically to coronary artery disease, that is, clogging of the arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle.
As the baby boomer population ages, we will see more and more cardiac disease in the future. Although some patients may suffer from cardiovascular disease due to genetic and pre-determined factors, many patients' conditions are affected by environmental factors.
We live in a rapidly changing environment which can be detrimental to our health. With busy careers and time constraints, many people do not have the time to eat a proper diet or to exercise effectively - poor nutrition and lack of exercise play a significant role in many cases of cardiovascular disease.
In addition, our increasingly polluted environment can have a measurable negative effect on health. A recent study from Harvard Medical School suggested that smog may increase the risk of myocardial infraction (heart attack) by up to 50%. Many people do not realize the indisputable link between the environment we live in and many of the diseases that are most prevalent today.
Many of the risk factors for cardiac disease including hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol levels), obesity and diabetes are strongly linked to poor nutrition. Proper nutritional intake is essential to prevent or control many of these conditions. Unfortunately, with busy lifestyles, many patients' dietary intake is high in fat and avoid of nutrition including essential minerals and vitamins as well as fibre.
As you will see in the following pages, many people find it quite difficult to fulfill their dietary requirements even when eating what they think is a "well-balanced diet" and for many people, nutritional supplements are an effective method of restoring those missing essential nutrients. On a similar note, due to the over processed nature of many of our foods, most patients do not take in enough dietary fibre. Increasing fiber intake can improve cardiac health (by lowering cholesterol levels and controlling blood sugar levels), and may be beneficial in controlling or preventing other diseases such as bowel problems.
In addition to proper nutrition, exercise remains a mainstay of cardiac prevention. Increasing exercise will help to prevent or control heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, depression and obesity to name just a few. I find that very few of my patients perform the recommended 30 to 60 minutes of moderate exercise, most of days of the week.
Although I see many patients in my practice with advanced cardiac disease, I see many more patients with more minor forms of disease as well as people who are currently free of disease and who want to prevent or delay the onset of problems in the future. They want to ensure that they have made every lifestyle change possible to protect their health. They are looking for a well-rounded approach to improving their nutrition, eliminating their exposure to pollution and increasing their activity level, with a view towards health promotion and prevention of disease.

Accept Hard Work

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.49>> Accept Hard Work, Great accomplishments come from hard work. Luck accompanies hard work. If necessary, be prepared to endure temporary hardship. At times, the work is going to be hard to do and you would prefer doing something easier. Accept this. Put enthusiasm into your work and you will reduce boredom. Commit yourself to hard work and be thankful that you aren't lazy. Laziness makes all work difficult.
From day one, you accept the premise that by following the Action Principles, you will work hard and give much. Don't cheat, or look for the easy way out. Bask in the feeling of exhilaration and accomplishment that few will experience. If you work hard, you will never go hungry. In the end, you will discover that all the hard work was worth it. Work hard and don't wish that your life were any other way. Get accustomed to doing what others can't or won't.

Make the commitment

Ralph Marston - Author of The Daily Motivator.

Make the commitment, How do you transform what you think you can do into what you know you can do? You make the commitment to get it done.
How do you take something that you'd like to have and make it into something you actually do have? You make the commitment to make it happen.
Choose your commitments carefully, based on what's truly important to you, and on what will positively push you beyond your limitations. And then once you make a commitment, treat it as a true commitment, doing whatever is necessary to fully follow through.
Take your commitment seriously. Give them the priority they deserve.
Well-choosen commitments will demand much from you. In meeting those demands, you grow stronger, more capable, highly experienced and resilient.
Commit to just a few things at a time that you know will bring out the best in you. Then work your way through those commitments to higher and higher levels of achievement and fulfillment.
Nick Vujicic - No arms, No legs, No worries!

Do What Others Can't

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.48>> Do What Others Can't, Most people can't give two nights a month to volunteer at a hospice. You can.
Most people can't get up at 6:00 AM and jog two miles. You can.
Most people can't give up their lunch hour to solve a customer's problem. You can.
Most people can't help to clean up other people's messes. You can.
Most people can't help a friend deal with destructive behavior. You can.
Most people can't give five percent of their money to charity. You can.

Your Potential

Ralph Marston - Author of The Daily Motivator.

Your Potential, There is no limit to your potential. For there is no limit to what you can imagine, and whatever you can imagine, you can bring into your life.
Yes, there are very real hurdles to whatever you attempt. And in some way or another, you can get yourself over every one of them.
When you imagine limitations, they become real. Instead, focus your imagination on the positive possibilities, and focus your efforts on making them real.
Think of all the things, once considered to be impossible, that are now common place. Always remember that when there is a good enough reason, there is a way.
In every moment, you are making progress in one direction or another. Choose to use those moments, as they come, and focus your efforts to fulfill the great potential that is yours.
Feel the unique potential that is your life. Give your own special beauty to the world.

Develop Winning Habits

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.47>> Develop Winning Habits, If becoming a success were easy, everyone would do it. It isn't. They don't. You can develop winning habits while identifying and working to eliminate your bad habits. Be patient. Psychological studies have shown that it takes about 30 days to begin to form or begin to rid yourself of a habit.
You can keep your word even though this may not always be easy. You can write and focus on your goals and objectives and your to-do list. You can exercise when you're tired. You can read business materials. You can volunteer. You can give a little extra money to charity. You can give a little extra time to family members, students and customers. You can pick up litter on the jogging path. You can delay gratification. You can do a lot while others are idle.
You won't always want to do these things. You will feel that you are doing more than your share. You are right. Work on your habits. You are tough.

Look for Opportunities to Grow

Dr. Ron Jenson - Author of "Make a Life, Not just a Living".

Look for Opportunities to Grow, It's just not enough to be open and admit your soft spots. You need to actively look for areas to change and to ask for help. If you're not a part of an accountability group, you ought to be. Find a group of friends in your business, neighborhood, church, or synagogue who will help you to be more effective. Find people who will build you up, yet will be honest, loving, and caring enough to confront you as a friend. That's one way to grow, mature, and develop.
I've learned that if I'm serious about looking at the weak areas of my life for opportunities to grow, I help my friends become aware of my soft spots. For instance, I have said to several special male friends whom I trust and honor, "Here are five questions I hope to God no one would ever ask me." These five questions represent the five weaknest areas in my life. Your weak areas could be things such as how you handle your finances, relational fidelity, struggles with integrity, family difficulties, etc. The fifth question is, "Did you lie about any of the above four?"
I tell my trusted friends, "Whenever you see me ask me these questions."
I know this practice might seem absolutely chilling to think about doing. But accountability to a few trusted friends helps a great deal. It's something I also practice with my son. We have found that it not only binds us together but creates a healthy accountability between us.
My contention is that if I'm serious enough about growing, I will try not only to look for opportunities, but create levers that will help me grow. And practicing accountability is one outstanding lever in my life.

Be Persistent

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.46>> Be Persistent, Modern life can make you soft. The status quo may become comfortably familiar. You can actually begin to believe that you are doing all that you can, or that doing more isn't worth the effort. Challenge yourself. You must start the positive momentum in your life and then you've got to stick with it day to day.
You don't need someone else to tell you not to smoke. If today, you smoked a pack, tomorrow smoke 18. The next day, 17. Improve. If you haven't read a book recently, read one. If you don't exercise, take a walk around the block. If you're shy, say to five new people: "Good morning!"
You know yourself. You know what improvement you need. You don't need anyone to tell you not to jump from a fifty-story building, so why would you need someone to tell you not to do drugs, to exercise more, eat a sensible diet, talk to your kids, or compliment your employees? You know what to do.
Keep going. No one can say that you failed until you do. Keep taking small steps forward your goal. Challenge the you who is content with yesterday's accomplishments. Take a deep breath. Changes that last a lifetime begin in a moment. With persistence, only time stands between you and your goal.

Admit Your Weaknesses

Dr. Ron Jenson - Author of "Make a Life, Not just a Living".

Admit Your Weaknesses, Admit shortcomings to yourself, to others (in the appropriate context), and to God as you know him. Just learn to admit them. Denial exacerbates the problem.
Everyone develops what I call a "box" sense of maturity. We believe that if we live according to a certain socially acceptable "box," then we are accepted and can rise in position or respectability. All of us have certain peer groups that establish the limits of acceptable and unacceptable dres and behavior. Those limits put us in a box. When we measure ourselves against this "box," our focus becomes our external lifestyle, not our internal growth. Consequently, we stop addressing or even being aware of our weaknesses.
I remember once sitting down with a friend who was struggling with worry. I said to him, "What's your greatest problem?" He said, "Money."
I looked at him and laughed. I said, "You're kidding."
"No. Why do you say I'm kidding?"
"In my view, money's not your biggest problem."
"Then what is my biggest problem?"
"It's worry."
He paled. This man worked with a group of people who didn't think worry was acceptable behavior. He said, rather frantically, "Worry? I don't worry. You're wrong. You've got to be wrong!"
"Everybody knows you worry," I said. "Your wife knows you worry. I know you worry. Anyone who meets you for five minutes knows you worry. Your stomach knows you worry. You have an ulcer. Of course you worry! What you need to hear is that it's okay - yes, okay to worry. You're not a bad person because you worry. You just don't realize that you don't need to worry."
It's okay to be impatient sometimes. It's okay if we say things we shouldn't say sometimes. I'm not glad to be full of flaws. But I recognize - and so should you - that everyone is struggling with something, and it's okay to admin it. In fact, the first principle in growth is to say, "I am helpless. I really mean am weak and I need help."
Most of us are great con artists. We pretend to be someone we're really not, and we end up playing a game all our lives. Paul Tournier said, "We can conceal our persons behind a protective barrier. We let it be seen only through the bars. We display certain of its aspects. Others we carefully hide."

Be Disciplined, Not Lazy

Dr. Ron Jenson - Author of "Make a Life, Not just a Living".

Be Disciplined, Not Lazy, We begin to make things happen when we become disciplined. We don't accomplish anything in this life without self-discipline. Richard Shelley Taylor, in his book "The Disciplined Life", defines self-discipline this way: "The ability to regulate conduct by principle and judgment rather than impulse, desire, high pressure, or social custom." You see, discipline is the ability to consciously control your circumstances. It is the ability to control your life - to put first things first.
Now here's a question for you. Are there habits in your life that were acceptable when you were a child but aren't acceptable now? Are you still struggling with giving in to impulse?
Everyone struggles with one or more of three areas: pride, sensualism, and greed. Pride, which has its place, is unhealthy when it is stimulated by self-absorption. Sensualism is being preoccupied with sensual fulfillment - food, sex, sound, thrill-seeking. (Many commercials and advertisements today are geared toward sensualism.) Greed involves people just wanting more for more's sake, or being covetous, that is, wanting what belongs to someone else. This creates a generation of people who live on plastic. They are preoccupied with their credit cards and can't stop spending.
I can relate to pride, sensualism, and greed. Yet my major point of struggle is in the area of the senses. Whether the struggle involves not wanting to exercise or wanting to eat too much or watching too much TV, it all centers on sensual gratification.
Consider your own life: What do you really desire? What makes you salivate the quickest? For me it's donuts. I like donuts. There was a place near my home in Philadelphia called the Donuttery. Whenever I go within a mile of the Donuttery, I visualized a hot cinnamon roll with butter cascading down the sides. I could smell it. I could see it. I could taste it. And like Pavlov's dog, I started to salivate and even froth just thinking about that cinnamon rol. In a very real sense, I was looking for a sensual gratification - and the words of Richard Shelley Taylor burned in my gut: "Self-discipline is basically the ability to subordinate."
If you're going to become a person who makes things happen - if you really want to be a difference-maker - then you need to become disciplined. You need to put a coach, a governor over your thoughts and actions. You need to become patterned in your life.

Develop Your Special Talent

Bill FitzPatrick - Founder of the "American Success Institute".

Action Principle No.45>> Develop Your Special Talent, You were born with a special talent. It may be to sing, write, teach, paint, mentor, preach, defend or befriend. You have something special to offer the world, something you can do better than 10,000 others. You must keep learning and trying new things to find your special talent. The world needs your gift. Be aware that even a special talent can go stale if you don't keep using and honing it. Endeavor to keep your talents and all your skills up to date.
An advantage isn't an advantage unless you use it. Find ways to use your advantages to set and reach your goals. Likewise, you should recognize and then try to minimize the impact of your limitations. Remember that not all advantages are transferable. Just because you are talented in one area doesn't mean that you will be talented at everything you try. The successful real estate investor can easily lose her money opening a restaurant. Stick to your advantages and don't stray from them without reasoned justification.
